Arranging ppl from time zones, for missions lvl 3, 4, 5s.

Now you have noticed we are troubled a bit with the time zones, which results in activity of the ppl at some time of the day. most of the corp is from usa, they have leading ppl like drake, vertical, and etc so this topic is more concerned about folks whos in earlear time zones, ( ofc americans are welcome to join such a plan).
Main thing there is to organize gangs for doing missions smooth, w/o any ship losses, time consume, and improoving cooperative gameplay aswell as relations

My sudgested setup for the gang:
1 tank, 2 dpsers, there could be a healer, and definetly one distinct person with specialized salvaging ship.
We run mission, share the reward, and money for the salvaged goods.
Now there, to arrange the shedule of smooth mission running, i need you ppl, to write down days per week, and a time of the day, you are mostly available to go huntin' for 2-3 hours. aslo i would like you to name the role u wanna take in a mission. after wel gather up intersted ppl, il put another topic with the sheet of the shedule.
p.s. ah i forgot. plz name the race of urs, and the missions u prefer to do. ( faction to gather stuff for)
Race : Minmatar ( for exmpl)
Time Zone : GMT + 02
Available days of the week : All week.
Time of the day you can play: 20.00pm-01.00am.
Desired mission lvl to do : 3, 4
Role you wish to take in gang : Tanking
Faction you wanna farm LP and stuff for : Brutor tribem, minmatar republic

Usually I'm playing evenings... not sure about every friday or saturdays.. but the rest of the week for sure.
I can tackle lvl 4's solo, but it's kinda boring... so joining the fun will be cool.
Ok, to follow the format:
Race : CALDARI
Time Zone : GMT + 01
Can play Monday to Thursdays or Sundays after 21:00 up to midnight.
Desired mission lvl to do : 4, 5 .... (actually all of them... don'T mind riding a fully fit frig to go for level 2s).
Role you wish to take in gang : DPS or TANK.... Don't have enough skills for effective EWAR though
I have a Cormorant and a Ferox fully fitted as salvaging boats that can lend to someone willing to salvage.
Faction you wanna farm LP and stuff for : Caldari Navy
